- You purchased a course but did not access or begin the course materials.
- There is a technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing the purchased course, and the issue is unresolved after you’ve contacted our support team.
- A request for a refund is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The course has been accessed or partially completed.
- You decide not to complete the course for personal reasons.
- Dissatisfaction with the course content after access (we encourage all users to review course descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing).
- Promotions, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable.
